Vinyl stamper and metalworks company, based in Troy, Michigan (USA). Incorporated on 26 January 1979 and dissolved on 15 May 1981. Subsequently the company moved to Dallas, Texas, where it was incorporated on 21 February 1983. Owner and engineer: Eddy Gorecki.
