Oldies Original Hit-Version

German reissue series by Bellaphon, launched in February 1980. Most original issues within this series show 'BO xxx' or 7-digit catalogue numbers xx xx xxx. From 1981 onwards most new releases and also represses of this first series were issued under the Oldies Original Stars-brand, although some exceptions exist through the 1980s. Those later issues usually show 8-digit catalogue numbers xxx·xx·xxx and usually a longer list of advertised releases on the sleeve rear. Editions after ~1987 can show a barcode. This is a series, not a label. Only add this to the "Series" field, together with the actual label of the release. Please always check the correct series and the releases advertised on the sleeve rear and do not rely only on the date code when dating the release.
