DJ Beat Records GmbH

DJ Beat Records GmbH was founded in 1995 by Nino Taglialatela (owner of Switzerlands first Techno-/House-Chain-Stores DJ Beat Imports) with the intention to produce vinyl of Swiss Artists. In 1996 it also entered the CD-Market with compilations of their own artists. Next to their vinyl-releases on different sublabels (D3 Records, Modular, Pyrate, Trauma and the two newest ClubBeat and Beat Tools) DJ Beat Records also started a very intense colaboration with EMI Music Switzerland, when in 1997 Luca Tognola entered the company. As he mainly cared about the CDs, its production was boosted.
