The Company was formed in Sept 1973. Company directors: Nicky Chinn and Phil Wainman. The company was used to run the business side of the partnership between producer Phil Wainman, writers Chinn And Chapman and the The Sweet (Connelly-Priest-Scott-Tucker). After the songwriting relation ship between The Sweet and Chinn-Chapman was dissolved in 1975, the Chinebridge relationship was still actively used in the release of subsequent Sweet albums.
