Noiseusse

Noiseusse began in Ann Arbor Michigan in 2003, as a collaborative netlabel and online repository for digital art and DIY projects. The label tends to focus on abstract electronic music. After a few years of releases from a number of artists, as well as relocating from Michigan to Colorado, to Boston, and the finally back to Colorado, Noiseusse suffered a massive hard drive failure in 2006, losing most of its material and all of its website. In 2008 after searching through archives on burned CDs, the core of the Noiseusse catalog was found and restored, and the label relaunched. Noiseusse is now decentralized and is concurrently run from Mulliken, MI and San Rafael, CA.
