Q Studios, Sydney

Recording and post-production studios of the Australian Institute of Music (AIM), Sydney. First located in the mid 1990s on Riley St on the corner of Goulburn St (the site of INXS' Rhinceros Studios) before it moved to Foveaux St, Surry Hills. See also Q Recordings (2) located at 1/15 Foveaux Street, Surrey Hills. In 2010: Q Studios had 5 control rooms plus 6 acoustically treated recording studio spaces. In 2016: there were 7 control rooms (1-17 Foveaux St, Sydney - Building A) as well as Music Production Suites (1-17 Foveaux St, Sydney - Building B) for AIM students to use.
