Delmar International Records Inc.

A New York disco and early hip hop label founded by the producer Delmar Donnell in 1980. At the time, its releases were commercially unsuccessful, as few local record stores agreed to carry its titles and, in response, Donnell rebranded the label as Street Beat Records Inc., which launched in 1982 as part of a new strategy to promote the Super 3's second release, When You're Standing On The Top.
