Defunct Italian record company, located in Milano, Via Maffucci, 18. Managed by Natale Sciascia (general manager) and Riccardo Rota (managing director), the company distributed a small group of domestic labels, including Style, big-ben, Phonocolor, Primavera (4). The company also operated a pressing plant. Same as Cellograf-Simp S.p.A..
