Swiss company established by Clive Calder in 1975. Please do not confuse with later US affiliated company Zomba Recording Corporation Zomba Corporation was initially the ultimate parent of various early operating ccompanies established by Calder, including, Zomba Management And Publishers Ltd. (later Zomba Music Publishers Ltd.), Zomba Productions Ltd. (later Zomba Records Ltd.), Zomba Management Ltd., etc.. As of 2018 Zomba Corporation is still the registered rights owner to the Zomba, Jive and Silvertone Records imprints / trademarks (labels)
