The company behind Poko Rekords from 1993 until May 31, 2009. In 1993 Shoeling changed its name to Poko Rekords Oy. The company name ''Poko Rekords Oy'' was terminated and merged into Oy EMI Finland Ab on May 31, 2009 and Poko Rekords continued as a subcompany of Oy EMI Finland Ab. Since 2013 the main company Oy EMI Finland Ab is owned by Universal Music Finland and continues with old labels.
