German record company located in Gütersloh. It was successor of the Bertelsmann Reinhard Mohn OHG, it was active from 1963 until 1970. In 1971, it was followed by Bertelsmann AG. In the time, it existed, it was the parent company of e.g. Ariola and Marcato.
