The New Power Generation Store

The New Power Generation stores were located in Minneapolis, Los Angeles and London and sold (together with the toll-free phone number1-800-NEW-FUNK), [a28795]-related merchandise (though he wasn't going by that name then) and showcased souvenirs from his tours and movies. It also functioned as a lab for new distribution methods; apparently the store had a phone inside that would play unreleased songs for people who listened to it.
