Publishing company. Legally incorporated on the 23rd March 1923 as British and Continental Music Agencies Ltd. Also appears as BCMA (British & Continental Music Agencies). The company was renamed Screen Gems-EMI Music Ltd. on the 1st Apr 1977. Formerly a subsidiary of "MGM" held within the holding company "Affiliated Music Publishers Ltd." (Now known as EMI Music Publishing Ltd.) . In 1972 "Affiliated Music Publishers Ltd" was acquired by EMI Ltd.
