Planet Studios

Planet Sound Studios was located in Perth, Western Australia. The studio was established in 1976 by Perth musician Ken Walther in Murray Street Perth, it was taken over in 1980 by Graham Owens, Mike Brady and Peter Sullivan. In 1982 two new 24 track studios, designed by Graham Owens, were built in Subiaco, in 1985 the main studio was equiped with SSL and Studer equipment. In 1992 it was sold to a Japanese company and after being sold twice more it was destroyed by fire in 2004.
