CBS Broadcasting Inc.

CBS Broadcasting Inc. owns and operates TV and radio stations in the US primarily for CBS Television Network. On November 24, 1995, CBS Inc. was bought by Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Westinghouse Electric Corporation changed its name to CBS Corporation on December 1, 1997, and CBS Inc. changed its name to CBS Broadcasting Inc. in the same year.
