UFA-Fabrik

A self-organised and financed culture and living space on the ground of an old film duplication factory, previously owned by the UFA film group in Germany. People living there are running various theatres and cultural spaces, a playing ground for kids, a free school, a bakery, a bio food store, a café, a hostel. The space is also known for hosting various concerts. It was squatted in 1979 and legalized a year later.
