RIAS Berlin

The RIAS (Rundfunk im amerikanischen Sektor / Radio in the American Sector) was a broadcaster based in Berlin from 1946 (founded by the American military as a “free voice of the free world”) to 1993. The RIAS building is nowadays the headquarters of Deutschlandradio Kultur.
