Publishing entity, affiliated to ASCAP. Please consider also American Broadcasting Music, if credited that way on release. Also displayed as "American Broadcasting Music Inc." on releases. Founded in March 1973, after ABC/Dunhill Records consolidated their music publishing firms into one firm for each music licensing concern. The label's two prior ASCAP-licensed firms, Wingate Music Corp. and Ampco Music, Inc., were folded into American Broadcasting Music, Inc. and the copyrights of the two prior firms combined into the new entity.
