Production company owned by Johnny Mathis through which he leased his tapes to Columbia. Incorporated on May 11, 1967 in California. Excerpt from an interview with Johnny Mathis in 1974: "I've had my own record company seven or eight years. It was merely a tax shelter. I never wanted to own my own label or anything like that. I just wanted to realize more money out of the vast amounts I was making as a recording artist."
