Fortress Studios

Fortress Recording Studios is owned by Engineer Shaun Harvey. Also credited as: - Fortress Studio - The Fortress - Fortress London Was founded in 1993 at a location in King's Cross. Moved to Clerkenwell/Farringdon EC1 in the mid-90s before opening at Provost Street, Shoreditch, N1 in the late 90s, and for a time operated at both sites with the EC1 studio referred to as Fortress II. The EC1 site closed in approximately 2001-2 when the building owner wished to redevelop the premises.
