Olympic Sound Studios

Recording studio, created in 1958 and built inside an 18th Century building known as Carton Hall, situated in Carton Street in London's West End, that was no longer needed by a synagogue congregation displaced by WW2 bombing. Recording ceased here in 1966. The studio moved to Barnes with all new equipment in 1966, as Olympic Studios.
