Gaslight Gardens

Neighborhood bar and small-scale music venue in Lawrence, Kansas. The 2nd Street location opened in 2004 as the Gaslight Tavern and Coffeehouse, in tribute to the original Gaslight Tavern located at 1241 Oread on the nearby KU campus, which in the 1960s and 1970s hosted beat poets and folk singers. The space has operated under its current Gaslight Gardens moniker since 2012.
