Based in Taiwan, R.O.C., New Aspect Enterprise Co., Ltd. issued various albums in excellent quality with tip-on sleeves. It's unlikely records on this label, like other South East Asian issues, were copied from other vinyl records as the sound quality is exceptional with low surface noise.
