The Dymaxion Groove label was founded in 2010 in Baltimore, by composer and musician Tom Tolleson. Dymaxion Groove has continued to release work by Baltimore musicians such as Dan Deacon, Peter Blasser and Jason Willett as well as New York City artists David Grubbs, Michael Evans, classical New Music artists String Noise as well as Silver Apples, Oval, French Glue Wave band Le Club des Chats and Dutch noise-rock artists Bismuth and Slumberland. Dymaxion Groove is largely focused on experimental and New Music creating compilations such as I Said No Doctors! with a mix of European, American and Indonesian artists working with experimental instruments.
