Cafe Quibus

Youth and counterculture café in the Lange Haven, Schiedam (Netherlands). Founded by Hilly and Jenny de Jonge, Peter Pijpers and Bram Uil, opened 9 September 1974 and closed in February 1986. The café hosted cabaret, theatre and concerts on Sundays, programmed by Pijpers. The first performance ever was by transvestite Peter Junior (2). The house-band was led by Piet Le Blanc
