Womar Records

Philadelphia label formed in 1967 when [a340167] suggested Wally Osborne start his own record label. The result was WOMAR Records. The name came from the initials of Wally Osborne, his wife, Mabel, and his father-in-law, Ambrose Robinson, who provided the initial funding to start the label.
