After Arabian Prince left Capitol Records, he started this independent label in order to put out his Where's My Bytches album in 1993. The label also yieled the 12" single "Ho's 2 Bozack" before becoming defunct shortly afterwards. Underworld Ent. remained active working on minor west coast underground releases before becoming inactive as well during the same time.
