Personality Series

The Decca Personality Series started in July 1936 and extended till 1973. First releases were parts of albums and came on a special reddish-brown Block Label with the words "Personality Series" in a script font and golden letters. In April 1942, the label color switched to black, listing "Personality Series" above the DECCA logo. From September 1942-December 1954, the words "Personality Series" appear below and a five-pointed star above the DECCA logo.
