P.C.M. (Press Club Music) is a Japanese management company, concert promoter and label founded by Katsutoshi Eguchi and Mitsunori Kadoike, active from April 1984 to March 1996. PCM later became PCM Complete (PCM Records). Provided music distribution, IT consulting & management, E-book solutions and planning and management of education curriculum in later years. Famous for organizing the Hanatarash bulldozer concert. Some of the notable bands and artists which P.C.M. has managed and promoted are 有頂天 (Uchōten), 筋肉少女帯 (Kinniku Shōjotai), たま (Tama), Hanatarash, The Ryders, The Magnets, Kenzi (solo), Go-Bang's, and Kabuki Rocks.
