Ciba-Geigy

Ciba-Geigy is obviously not a record label in the traditional sense; this is rather a catch-all for all audio materials produced and created by the Swiss pharmaceutical giant. Ciba-Geigy Ltd. was created in 1970 by the merger of the Ciba and Geigy companies. It existed under this name until 1996 when another merger with the Sandoz Laboratories bore a company by the name of Novartis.
