Lots of legendary rock on tour in the US: King Crimson and "Frank Zappa" Just after the 50th anniversary of the release of their legendary first album, Robert Fripp's King Crimson are still not ready to stop. Indeed, they have just announced a US tour, and will bring with them a number of legendary musicians who have joined Frank Zappa over the years. These, simply called the Zappa Band, will not perform with any member of the Zappa family (no Dweezil). Nor will they bring with them the hologram of the brilliant musician who died almost thirty years ago. Instead, the line-up will play classic songs by Zappa, and some unreleased rarities, in the most traditional way. Frank's loyalists will know them: Ray White (vocals, guitar), Mike Keneally (guitar, keyboards, vocals), Scott Thunes (bass), Robert Martin (keyboards, sax, vocals), Jamie Kime (guitar) Joe "Vaultmeister" Travers (drums, vocals).
