Fuglsang Herregaard

Danish manor house on the island Lolland. Founded 1368. In the mid 19th century the the manor house became a popular visitfor artists of the era. Composers Edvard Grieg and Carl Nielsen were among the frequent guests. By 1947 the estate was handed to a trust fund that from 1959 to 1995 operated Refugiet Fuglsang for residing artists. The manor also has a concert hall, KUMUS Concert Hall.
