South African music business founded in the late seventies / early eighties by Zambia-born Chris Kritzinger. An Australian office was launched later (using the same name, see also Transistor Music Australia Pty. Ltd.). In 2001 it was merged with CSR Records (2) to form Electromode. For the label, please use Transistor (2).
