Curtaincall Music

2000s rock label from Prospect Heights, Illinois. "CurtainCall Music was started in 2002 with the release of the Seyarse - S/T 7". After that the CCM Label put out a comp cd in attempt to showcase a handful of our favorite bands in the Midwest and to try to sort of open kids up to a variety of music that can't be filled under either, pop-punk, emo, or (the ever popular) absolute garbage. After that we had some downtime and not much activity. Seyarse had decided that they wanted to record another record. This time a split. They were having some trouble finding a band to do a split with when it was noticed that La Mantra de Fhiqria had some un-released songs...BOOM...there's your split. Now, at the same time, our favorite Milwaukee locals were stewing up a new project that would later be called, Fuiguirnet. They were ready to start playing and some songs finished and wanted to do an EP with CurtainCall, however, we thought it would be much better to have it be a split with another band so as to help promote two new bands with a record instead of one. The La Mantra kids had been working on their new band Wolf and Cub, we gave them a call...BANG...there's your split 7". Our plans right now include a Fuiguirnet full length CD and we'll see where we go from there."
