Festival Mushroom Records

FMR. Festival Mushroom Records was the label formed in 1999 from after the amalgamation of the operations of Festival Records Pty. Ltd. (of the Festival Records label), Mushroom Records Pty. Ltd. (of the Mushroom label), and Mushroom Distribution Services (MDS) to form Festival Mushroom Records Pty. Ltd. Festival Mushroom Records Pty. Ltd. was purchased by Warner Music in October 2005 and ceased to trade in November of that year. Warner Music have kept the Mushroom name as an imprint.
