A Japanese label founded in Osaka on October 1, 1912.
It was one of the labels that copied existing records without permission at a time when Japanese copyright law did not apply to records.
In June 1915, it began selling its own recordings. In 1917, it became a subsidiary of 東洋蓄音器 (Tōyō Chikuonki, Parent company of Orient Record), and was closed on July 1, 1920.
