Also appears as "Downey" only or "Downey Productions". US record label owned by Bill Wenzel and located in the Los Angeles suburb of Downey, California. Successor of the Jack Bee label. Some of the label's releases were distributed by Original Sound Sales Corp., but the label also had it's own distribution company Merit Distributors.
