P.A.P. was an independent tape label founded by Jens-Markus Wegener and stands for “Programming Art Productions”. It was formed to release the music of Wegener’s own project Art P as well as various similar Synth Pop / Synthwave / Minimal acts like the controversional Die Synthetische Republik, the wave project The Parapluies or CCCP Voices.
