Allen & Heath
Настоящее имя: Allen & Heath
British professional equipment manufacturer specializing in audio mixing consoles, founded in 1969 and headquartered in Penryn, Cornwall. Allen & Heath (also commonly abbreviated A&H or simply AH) changed ownership several times. In 1991, Harman International acquired the brand. It went independent in July 2001 after a management buyout and was sold to D&M Holdings in Japan in April 2008. Again independent since June 2013, A&H merged with Calrec Audio and DiGiCo in 2014 to form Audiotonix.
In the early 1970s, Allen & Heath designed and built MOD1, a custom quadraphonic mixing console for Pink Floyd, used by Alan Parsons at live performances. The system can be seen in Live At Pompeii concert film.
