Lone Star

Formed by Willie Nelson and his manager, Neil Reshan in mid 1970s. At the time of the label's formation, recordings were released under a Columbia label and catalog number. By 1978, the imprint was referred to as Lone Star Records and usually distributed through Phonogram's Mercury label. Other than contemporary replica reissues, Lone Star appears to have ceased operations by 1980.
