NCE began its reign of the Mid-West in early 2001 focusing on artist development and the establishment of the Mid-West as a hotbed for unsigned hip hop and rap talent. Since that time NCE has expanded its breadth of services to include a complete suite of in-house management, publishing, production, promotion, marketing and artist development. NCE firmly believes in the Mid-West and has established an open communications system between the artists, studios, clubs and end consumers. A true belief pattern follows the general understanding that “you are what you are made of.” 2002 and 2003 was spent focusing on the overall development for NCE and its stable of artists. 2004 is the year we blow up and truly put the Mid-West on the map. Artists like Nelly and Eminem have opened the eyes of millions as to the potential talent pool located from within the Mid-West. 2004 is the year NCE proves we have the remaining pieces to the Mid-West puzzle.
