Amid the shops in Little Tokyo (L.A) there was a makeshift sign that led to a cluttered rectangular studio where Radio Pacific Japan (RPJ) hailed from. It broadcast each weekday 6pm-7pm with two hour shows at the weekend. Nagao Masuda (son of a Japanese banker) was prexy of Radio Pacific Japan and Alphonso Hamilton was Sales Manager. Nagao Masuda, one-time TV cameraman also owned a production company specializing in Japanese documentaries.
