Olga

Use this entry for the label role only; for company roles please use Olga Production or Olga Musik as appropriate. Danish record label established in 1982 by Olga Production. The earliest releases from the period 1982 to 1984 have no dedicated logo, at most a simple inscription "Olga" in plain letters. In 1984 Olga Production was renamed to Olga Musik. At that time a dedicated logo was introduced with an old English sheepdog and the slogan "En hund efter god musik" (English: A dog after good music). In 1986 a proper "Olga" logo was introduced with "Olga Musik" as sub-title. The catalog numbers follows the pattern XX YYNNN where: - XX (optional) indicates the physical format: LP, SP (7'single) or CD - YY indicates the year of release: 82 = 1982, 83 = 1983, etc. - NNN is a forthrunning number: 001, 002, 003, etc.
