Founded in South Florida by Jeremy Kolosine originally as "Clark Humphrey Records" after a pseudonymnous alter-ego. The funding for Futurisk's 1st release "The Sound of Futurism 1980" came from a music competition he won. Later, "No Phase Records" based in Virginia would the vehicle for the release of the later projects of "Ksine" and the group Shakespace. Ksine now runs the ReceptorsMusic record label which concentrates on electro/experimental releases. In 2007 ReceptorsMusic, in conjunction with Astralwerks, released "8-Bit Operators - A Tribute to Kraftwerk" to which Kolosine contributed a Receptors version of "Trans Europe Express".
