Dixi

1930's shellac label. This label was used in Sweden for 8" discs exclusively sold by Åhlén & Holm and Tempo department stores between 1932-1934. In 1934 the label was changed to Silverton (2). During this transitional period, some recordings were released on both the Dixi and the Silverton labels. In the Netherlands, this label was used for 6" discs with children's music. Releases on Dixi were manufactured by Carl Lindström A.-G.
