'SBG' & 'UBS' are acronyms of 'Schweizerische Bankgesellschaft' (German) and 'Union de Banques Suisses' (French) respectively 'Unione di Banche Svizzere' (Italian). Since 1998 (after fusion with Schweizerischer Bankverein) 'UBS' stands for 'Union Bank of Switzerland'.
