Octagon (2)

NZ indie label created by journalist John Ewan in Dunedin in 1960. It was operational through to 1972. Initially owned by All Star Promotions Ltd., the parent company in 1972 was John Paul Productions Ltd. Early 1960's releases have "Octagon Disc" printed on the label. Later releases, after 1965, were issued under license by Viking Record Company Ltd.
