Export Music Sweden – ExMS – operates within the music industry to bring Swedish artists into commercial and cultural contact with players on the international music market.
ExMS was formed in June 1993 by the major bodies within the music industry, i.e. IFPI and SOM (record companies), SAMI (musicians and artists) and STIM/Svensk Musik (composers and publishers).
As the name implies, Export Music Sweden help to export Swedish music to the global market.
