Bellaccord Electro
Настоящее имя: Bellaccord Electro
Latvian label (1931-1941, 1942-1944, 1945-1950). It was found in 1931, in Riga, Latvia, by Helmārs Rudzītis.
After the invasion to Latvia by the Soviet Union in 1940 Bellacord was nationalized in November. The records issued in 1940-1941 years are easily identified by two letters "N.U.", it means "nationalized enterprise" in Latvian.
Under the German administration, the factory was re-privatized on March 1, 1942, and returned to Helmars Rudzitis. Label was active until 1944. Records of that period can be identified by the words "Sonder klasse", the labels were black, purple and blue color with additional titles in German language.
After the returning of Soviet authorities, the factory was re-opened in April 1945 and kept using the original Bellaccord's name until 1949 (since 1948 — without the word 'Electro' on the labels).
In 1950 label was renamed into Рижский Завод (in Latvian: RSF or Rīgas skaņuplašu fabrika), i.e. Riga's gramophone records factory.
