Swiss label by Emil Bannwart, owner of Musikhauses Bannwart, and former representative of the Homokord company in Switzerland. Subsequently representative of Musikindustrie AG ODEON-Musikhaus in Basel, founded on May 6, 1921. Remaining stocks of Swiss Homokord shellac records were used with pasted over HELVETIA REKORD labels until 1922
